About manager's position
Let's talk a little bit about who manager is and what he does.

The most important thing you should know is that manager is the impulse of changes of the Local Committee, because it is in this position that all work with VP and LC is based, being a bridge between EB team and members.

Because it depends on the actions of the manager how vivid the experience will be inside the LC and which projects will be implemented.
And most importantly, a manager is able to change what others consider impossible, it's difficult, but nothing is impossible!

Manager responsibility:
  • Implementation a VP work strategy
  • Tracking all process in your project
  • Development of each person in the LC
  • Participation in the Recruitment team or CC-team of the AIESEC IS conference
  • Attending all LC meetings
  • Work ~20 hours a week

Term duration: 1 JULY - 30 JAN

    — Load all files into it and open the access to view it
    — General questions should be answered in a video format
    — Name each file in the format "NAME_SURNAME_FILE_NAME"

    — Answers to questions are allowed in Russian

    • Video can be of any duration and visual.
    • Functional tasks can be done in any format convenient.

    Imagine that you became not manager, but LCP (Local Committee President) - which 3 projects would you start implementing first?

  • GENERAL TASKS
    1. What projects to implement in LC can you suggest to promote AIESEC culture? Name at least 3 projects
    2. Select 5 criteria for a perfect profile of HR manager in a Local Committee. How would you identify him from the first glance, and what questions would you ask him personally?

Functional questions

TALENT MANAGEMENT
  1. Write 5 questions you would ask a team leader in a meeting to understand how their team feels and how effective it is.
  2. Create a calendar plan of HR standards coverage for teams in October: which meetings should be covered, their goals, and coverage timelines (October - is the first full month of work for new members)
  3. Create a content plan of 5 publications for iCOMM for native aproaching for higher leadership positions: publication date, title, thesis reflecting the essence of the publication
