About manager's position
Let's talk a little bit about who manager is and what he does.

The most important thing you should know is that manager is the impulse of changes of the Local Committee, because it is in this position that all work with VP and LC is based, being a bridge between EB team and members.

Because it depends on the actions of the manager how vivid the experience will be inside the LC and which projects will be implemented.
And most importantly, a manager is able to change what others consider impossible, it's difficult, but nothing is impossible!

Manager responsibility:
  • Implementation a VP work strategy
  • Tracking all process in your project
  • Development of each person in the LC
  • Participation in the Recruitment team or CC-team of the AIESEC IS conference
  • Attending all LC meetings
  • Work ~20 hours a week

Term duration: 1 JULY - 30 JAN

    — Questionnaire and endorsement letters should be issued in PDF format
    — Name each file in the format "NAME_SURNAME_FILE_NAME"
    — Documents questionnaire and endorsement letters be filled out in English

    3. Analyze the profile of TLs and VPs of the 25'1 term. Select 5 criteria for analyzing the profile and describe the current profile and the ideal one that you would like to see in LC

MARKETING
  1. Imagine that you need to negotiate a long-term cooperation with Maximum Education (https://maximumtest.ru/) so that the company's teachers can go on GT internships. Create a PDF presentation with a collaboration offer.
  2. Find the 3 main competitors of AIESEC, conduct an analysis and write down 5 things that distinguish our organization from the rest.
  3. Analyze the Sber Festival (https://urfu.ru/ru/events/15248/). What kind of event of this format could AIESEC host at the university? Create an agenda using the Sber Festival as an example.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
  1. Analyze the Performance tool for the first peak of 25.26 term of all departments and write down: MATG LC for the first peak, MATG departments by month. Make a strategy to achieve 70% of the MATG, where it will be: the main goal by the end of June, 2 work focuses, 5 tactics in each focus.
  2. Create a calendar plan for June and July for MX standards coverage for teams: which MX standards should be covered, their goals, and coverage timelines
  3. Create a content plan of 5 publications for iCOMM for native aproaching in the Recruitment team: publication date, title, thesis reflecting the essence of the publication
